A potential partner gets in touch with Infopact via a direct conversation, webinar, or referral. During the introductory meeting, we discuss the partner program, commercial opportunities, and technical possibilities. Is there mutual interest? Then a letter of intent follows, or the partner contract is signed.

After signing the cooperation agreement, the partner gains access to the Infopact Partner Portal, which contains all documentation, price lists, ordering procedures, and marketing materials. Our Partner Team then provides a personal onboarding, including technical explanations of our services, sales training, and support with propositions. If applicable, we also assist with requesting a test line or demo setup.

The partner submits their first orders, supported by our Service Delivery Manager. Infopact guides the entire process, from technical setup and migrations to communication with the end customer. After completion, we evaluate the approach together and optimize processes where necessary.

In periodic quarterly meetings, we discuss performance, new product developments, and commercial opportunities. As the partner's volume grows, additional benefits become available, such as project support and customized integrations, for example via API connections.

As the collaboration deepens, it evolves into a strategic partnership. Infopact actively involves the partner in product development, pilots, and customer cases. Together, we focus on sustainable growth, maximum customer satisfaction, and conquering new markets.
