Infopact delivers its services based on a Service Level Agreement (SLA), with three different levels: 'Standard', 'Next Business Day', and '24x7'. The standard SLA for all services is the 'Standard' option. You can upgrade to a higher SLA level at the applicable Infopact rates.

Infopact 24/7 Monitoring is an additional service for your Infopact connection. The Infopact Network Operations Center (NOC) proactively monitors your connection, allowing outages to be detected and reported quickly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This ensures continuous monitoring of Infopact service delivery and guarantees its availability. The 24/7 monitoring can be easily activated via the Infopact portal.
